 Wynn Golf & Country Club
Las Vegas, Nevada
After twenty-four demanding months of construction by the Wadsworth Company, the Tom Fazio designed Wynn Golf & Country Club opened for play in April 2005, in conjunction with the grand opening of Steve Wynn's newest Las Vegas casino, Wynn Las Vegas. Situated on "The Strip", the former Desert Inn Golf Course has undergone a complete transformation, including the movement of over 800,000 cubic yards of dirt, the relocation of roughly 1,200 existing, mature trees, and the addition of approximately 100,000 new shrubs. The remodeled, 18-hole golf course also features an elaborate lake and water feature network, highlighted by a thirty-five foot tall waterfall that serves as a stunning backdrop for the eighteenth green.
 Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club
Powell, Ohio
After breaking ground in October of 2001, and completing construction in October of 2002, Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club officially opened its doors on July 15, 2004. Since then, Kinsale has established itself as one of the premier golf courses and clubs in the Columbus area. The reason for the delayed opening was to allow the turf on the course to grow-in and mature over a 2-year period. This enabled the golf course to have well-established greens and near-perfect overall conditions by the time opening day rolled around. It also didn't hurt to have central Ohio's largest irrigation system assisting in the grow-in (also installed by Wadsworth). Designed by world-renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills, the course is a strategic masterpiece. At just over 7,200 yards, Mr. Hills says, "It's a straightforward, strategic golf course with a reward for every good shot and ample room to recover for lesser play."
